Wikinfo is a spin-off of Wikipedia that is operated by one of its most powerful ever users, Fred Bauder. The main premise of Wikinfo is in the suggestion that NPOV is theoretically impossible, and therefore they introduce a new concept, which they call "sympathetic point of view" (SPOV). In theory, they allow multiple articles on the same topic that represent alternative points of view. In reality, however, Wikinfo is tiny and they have on a number of occasions deleted articles that were perfectly legitimate because they put Wikipedia in a bad light.
